The Legal team

Vanessa French joined in January 2021 as the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary with a remit to build an optimised legal, governance and compliance team.

Vanessa's goal is an integrated function aligned to the Group's vision. As an experienced GC she is building a core legal and governance team to proactively manage risk and support compliance, consistent with IVCE's values and culture.

This is a chance to be in at the start, to create and shape legal, within a successful and growing business.

Senior Legal Counsel

Senior in-house role, covering all aspects of IVCE business including M&A, commercial contracts and compliance.

This is a new role supporting the Group General Counsel and offers the opportunity for real development of legal within the business through functional design.

You will be involved with commercial activity surrounding IT projects, procurement and sales and marketing activity, as well as a range of compliance and corporate matters. Experience or demonstrable interest in legal operations would also be of interest.
