Job Details
Our client is an international and successful financial services and consumer business. It has a unique enterpreneurial culture and a world leading company in its field. We are looking for an experienced and passionate financial services lawyer to join and support the business on all regulatory and commercial matters.
The business operates several FCA licenced units as well as a fantastic digital team tasked with building apps, platforms and other digital products. Internationally, you will also support other non-licenced units, working hand in hand with the business on commercial contracts negotiations. This is a unique in-house role for a fantastic lawyer with regulatory experience in payments and a lively interest in fintech/digital who is organised, analytical and self motivated. You do not need to have prior in-house experience to thrive in this role, just experience in the commercial not only regulatory aspects of payments and transitioning into in-house.
