The firm is looking for a Trademark Attorney (4+ years PQE) to join their thriving, growing, forward thinking commercial and technology practice, with roles including: Clearing trade marks and advising on their registrability, providing support on TM infringement issues, supporting the corporate department with due diligence and advice on warranties, disclosures etc., conducting opposition and invalidation proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO and much more. 

Requirements: 

• You must be a Trademark Attorney (4+ years PQE) 
• You will have experience in a range of trade mark matters
• You will work well in a team 
• You will have excellent communication skills
