Job Details
This leading corporate bank is looking to appoint an equity capital markets lawyer to its EMEA Legal Team in London.
In this role you will support the group function of the bank and advise on a broad range of work including:
- corporate governance and Board support;
- Companies Act, UKLA Listing Rules, Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Code of Conduct and UK Market Abuse Regulation; and
- equity issuance, share buy-backs and strategic initiatives.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City Law Firm, have gained a minimum of 3 years' PQE and have ideally had experience working at a bank or other financial institution.
This is a rare opportunity to join a collegiate and successful team supporting a leader in the banking space.
