Commercial Solicitor, 3+PQE - Manchester

Our client is an innovative, international law firm who are seeking a mid-senior level Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years' post-qualification experience to join their team in Manchester as an Associate or Senior Associate.

The team specialise in Technology, Outsourcing and Data Protection matters and are one of the largest and highly regarded teams of specialised lawyers in the UK providing innovative and dynamic advice and expertise to local, national and international organisations, PLCs, tech and data companies.

You will be working on:

• Technology contracts including SaaS, cloud, software and software licencing, managed services, systems development and integration and providing maintenance for clients and vendors;
• Drafting and advising on outsourcing contracts, for example information technology, business process outsourcing and facilities management documentation;
• Data protection and privacy matters, including data sharing agreements.

To be considered for this role you will need 3+ years' post qualification experience in Commercial Law. Ideally your experience will be focused on Technology, Outsourcing and Data Protection law but this is not essential if you have a solid background in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts.
