The Role

3+ PQE Private Equity Funds/Corporate/Banking Solicitor to join leading Bristol Top 50 firm

Joining a team that is making waves as a market disruptor and competing against the City, you will practice at the forefront of Private Equity Funds, performing alongside a highly recognised Partner.

Working hand in hand with a heavyweight Partner, with an acute, collaborative focus on advising small to medium cap fund managers (from start-ups up to €750m fund raise) in alternative asset classes, as well as establishing managers/advisers and investing into funds.

You will be fully involved in influencing the business whilst engaging directly with current and future clients.

The department's momentum and energy is electric, with the team shortlisted for Funds Team of the Year in 2020.

Progression is fundamental for the role, structured from day 1 in terms of realistic accomplishment and just reward for continued success.

The Requirements

  • 3+ years PQE with funds experience, alternatively a background in Corporate and Banking law and looking for a change.
  • The collaborative approach to problem-solving and offering strategic input on the team's future direction.
  • Creativity in challenging market norms
  • Willingness to progress within the firm and strive for excellence
