Capital Markets Senior Associate (4-7PQE) - This highly ranked Capital Markets team is looking for a Senior Associate lawyer used to manage a complex workload in either DCM, securitisation, high yield, leveraged or structured finance. You will be working within a leading team, with strong growth and progression.

The Role
This is an excellent position to work as a Senior Associate within this highly reputable Capital Markets team, in this international firms City of London office.
This global capital market team is highly ranked in Chambers and Legal 500 and operates across their Global network. The team represents issuers and underwriters in public equity and debt capital transactions, including IPO's and follow on offerings as well as investments grade and high yields.
You will be an finance lawyer used to managing a complex workload in either DCM, securitisation, high yield, leveraged or structured finance; Demonstrate strong technical skills in finance work, with an international awareness and focus to their work; Experience of multi-jurisdictional transactions would be preferable but is not essential.
You will work within a high calibre environment, but within a transparent team undertaking a large amount of growth.
Requirements
- You will be a qualified solicitor with 4-7 years' experience
- Qualified in England ana Wales
- Dual US qualified would be an advantage but not essential
- Worked within a highly reputable finance team in either inhouse or private practice
