Commercial Contracts/Projects Associate

Errington Legal are recruiting for an ambitious and enthusiastic Commercial solicitor to join a highly regarded national law firm, offering fantastic client exposure and clear progression opportunities. 

The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter and will be given responsibility to run their own projects and a varied caseload with support from the partners and principal associates in the team. The role offers access to top quality work; many of the matters that the team handle are high-profile and of national significance. 

You should be skilled in drafting and negotiating documentation such as project agreements, high value commercial contracts, facilities management contracts and construction contracts. You will also undertake and co-ordinate project management and mentor more junior members of the team.

You should have at least 3+ years PQE and relevant projects/commercial law experience, with the ability to give clear, simple and pragmatic advice, establishing strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
