*NEW* Knowledge & Development PSL- US Firm

A newly created position has arisen at a leading US firm who are seeking a Knowledge & Development Professional Support Lawyer who will be responsible for a range KM initiatives and will be working with the Learning & Development teams to support the firm's lawyers’ and clients knowledge/training needs. Working closely with the Director of KM, candidates should ideally be a PSL or have extensive involvement in KM duties in their current position as this PSL role will cover: 1.) Acting as the Knowledge lead for the Firm’s global campaigns in relation to market events and developments such as Brexit and Covid-19, ensuring a coordinated and strategic approach across jurisdictions and practice groups. 2.) Working with the L&D teams to develop the Firm’s strategy and provide essential technical analysis and input in relation to the new qualification route for solicitors (the SQE). 3.) Supporting the GC’s office on certain policy issues e.g. the use of electronic signatures. assisting with the design of a global modular legal writing program Those with a transactional or a litigation background are of interest particularly those with strong Professional Development, L&D and Business Development experience.
