THE FIRM
A highly regarded national commercial law firm
THE ROLE
The role will be working closely with one of the firms large clients
In particular, this will involve handling and assisting on both litigated and pre-lit injury claims, property damage claims, contribution claims and recoveries.
THE PERSON
- NQ Solicitor
- Previous experience of dealing with claims in negligence and breach of statutory duty is preferable but not essential
- Previous experience of flood damage and business interruption claims would also be an advantage, although training will be provided
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
