Competition, Antitrust and Trade Regulation Of Counsel (7+): You will be working on a clear Partner Trajectory within this highly reputable Competition team. Acting as a Key member of the team assisting on the ever-changing Regulations arisen since Brexit!

The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity to work within this leading Antitrust, Competition and Trade Regulation Group as a Of Counsel within this US firms City of London office.
The Antitrust, Competition and Trade Regulation group have been increasingly busy; keeping with the ever-changing regulations since Brexit has become very important to this firms candidates and this position will play a key role within the team, also working with other European offices.
The team are looking for a Senior Associate or Counsel to work very closely with the Partner in this team of 6 (1 partner, 2 SA and 2 Associates, 1 Trainee). You will be working on your caseload, in a very different department. Within this group you will be working on a clear trajectory, as well as this you can receive financial bonuses for any work brought in working your way towards Partner.
Key areas of expertise and interest.
- Product, packaging and labelling regulations compliance
- REACH, batteries and other waste, electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) compliance
- Consumer protection, e-commerce, advertising and product warranties
- Trade, customs and export control compliance
- Supply chain due diligence compliance
Requirements
- You will be a qualified Solicitor with 7+ years PQE experience (individuals outside of this PQE will be consider)
- You will have experience within a reputable Competition, Anti-Trust or EU trade group
- Managed your own caseload
