Corporate Lawyer
Top 100 Law firm seeks an experienced Corporate lawyer to join them on a temporary basis for 3 months.
Applications are sought from experienced Corporate Lawyers with upwards of 5 years' PQE with solid M&A experience.
The role will involve advising a diverse range of clients from from start ups to major listed companies on a broad range of corporate matters including, acquisitions & disposals, mergers and reorganisations, private equity and venture capital and joint ventures.
Suitable candidates should be available at very short notice.
