Corporate Lawyer
Our client, an international law firm seeks to hire an experienced Corporate Lawyer on a fixed term contract for 6 months.
Due to an influx of work this team the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cross border transactions across key industry sectors. The role will be varied and broad based including, a strong focus on private equity work, M&A, early stage fundraisings, joint ventures as well as VC and PE transactions.
Applications are sought from Senior Associate level candidates with strong private equity and M&A experience. Suitable candidates must have upwards of 5 years' PQE gained in a reputable City or International firm and be available at short notice.
