Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Employment Solicitor (1 PQE+) to join their team based in Bedfordshire to handle a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters equally split between claimant and respondent. The team advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment and partnership matters and are recognised, in particular, for their expertise in boardroom disputes, employment status issues and restrictive covenants/injunctions.

You will have ideally trained with a recognised regional or city firm whilst demonstrating solid commercial acumen, and preferably some business development exposure.

The teams employment services include advising on employment contracts and policies, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures and managing restructuring, redundancies and executive severance as well as ad-hoc, day to day support to employers. The team also advise on all aspects of discrimination issues and regularly deal with the Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.
