Corporate / Private Equity NQ - US Firm

Our client, one of the leading US firms in London, is looking to hire a newly qualified corporate lawyer to join its highly regarded private equity practice, which has continued to grow.  The private equity partners are looking for a bright, ambitious final seat trainee, who has gained some private equity deal experience during his/her training contract within another leading UK or US corporate practice and is looking to specialise in private equity work moving forward.  

The private equity team acts for a range of large sponsors through to smaller venture growth clients, providing junior private equity associates with the opportunity of more variety as well as greater exposure on smaller deals in addition to working on the largest sponsor led transactions.

There is also an excellent training programme in place.  This is a young, energetic, dynamic team, proud of its collaborative culture.
