The team's lawyers have participated in many of the most complex cross-border restructuring transactions and insolvency proceedings over the last decades, and have handled mandates involving a number of European jurisdictions and the US. Given the nature and the many ways in which these matters may evolve (from simple waivers and covenant resets to a multiparty consensual or forced reorganisation to liquidation), the group often collaborates with the Firm's leading M&A, capital markets, banking and litigation practices to deliver a multidisciplinary and all-round service to clients. The team regularly acts on innovative matters and offers lawyers an excellent opportunity to handle complex, highly sophisticated restructuring work.

The new hire will join the corporate restructuring group in London. You will receive a varied workload and whilst working within a small and close-knit team in London, your individual input will be valued. The London corporate restructuring team also works closely with other departments in London and throughout Europe, as well as with members of the corporate restructuring department in the United States.
