Corporate Lawyer - 3+ PQE - City Firm

This confidential role (not advertised by the firm) is with a successful, established small/mid-sized practice in the City. With a stable, collegiate environment, the firm has rated practices in litigation, property and corporate amongst other areas. Our client is now keen to add an Associate with good, hands-on experience in a broad range of Corporate matters including M&A.

The successful applicant will be working alongside all of the firm's corporate partners and associates. The breadth of work will include M&A, joint ventures, corporate finance, ECM and private equity, for a loyal client base of national and international corporates, as well as banks, institutions and directors/ultra high net worth individuals.

The position will suit a lawyer of at least three years' PQE, up to approximately 4.5 years' PQE, although we will consider strong applicants just outside this level. A stable career at a rated City, West End, or regional firm is sought.
