Job Details
I have new instructions from an elite NY law firm client to find an exceptional junior to mid-level associate to join its IP/IT Transactional Group based in London. The role will involve advising on high-value and complex corporate and commercial transactions across a diverse range of sectors and industries. The work is usually cross-border and there are opportunities to travel.
The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified and will have trained at a top City firm or specialist boutique practice. Stellar academics, a stable career record and experience in transactional IP and technology work are essential for this role.
