This established organisation is looking for an experienced Solicitor (8+ PQE) to establish a legal function to start bringing their work in-house.
This firm is currently outsourcing a huge amount of work so no following is required, but you will need to be an autonomous, confident Solicitor with ambition and an entrepreneurial nature.
This consulting organisation has several offices in London, based in iconic London landmarks. They are well-established with an strong reputation for success and a high quality service.
The background/pedigree of the Founder/management team is exceptional.
With an established Accountancy arm, the firm represent a loyal client base of large business, household names, HNW individuals, investors etc. and provide a full suite of services to clients.
They are a trusted name and often refer a great deal of legal work to top-tier law firms in London. They are now looking to establish a legal function to bring much of this work in house.
This is a rare and exceptional opportunity where you will have a fixed-income as well as a vested interest/profit-share on the overall success of the legal function.
This opportunity would provide an ambitious senior Solicitor the opportunity to develop this department beneath them a high quality of work as part of an active caseload, as well as have a profit-share arrangement.
This position is to be based out of the Mayfair office. The role is flexible depending on your needs.
You will need experience in:
- A broad range of Litigation - primarily contractual disputes
- A broad range of commercial contracts
- Additionally, any experience in family law, property law (leases for example) is desired but not a prerequisite for the position
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant post-qualification experience
- You will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual
- You will be able to work autonomously with strong commercial awareness
- You will be able to develop rapport and establish and maintain relationships with clients
