Job Details
This established and well-known offshore firm is seeking a senior funds lawyer for its team in Hong Kong.
The firm has a superb reputation for Funds & Regulatory work globally and it has a built a solid foundation in Hong Kong. It is now seeking an addition to the team and would like someone with practice building ability and commercial acumen to help grow the practice.
Applicants should be senior lawyers with at least eight years of funds experience (particularly in advising on the establishment and maintenance of hedge and private equity funds) and will ideally be England & Wales qualified. Some offshore experience would be preferable and those already qualified in a offshore jurisdictions, such as BVI and Cayman, would be ideal.
Applicants should be able to evidence practice building ability and client development skills by showing a strong network of contacts and clients (but those without a portable following should not feel exempt from applying for this position).
