This is a new role with this leading UK and International practice, most likely to be based out of their Oxford offices although other office locations are also possible for the right candidate.

The Restructuring & Insolvency team sits within the Commercial Dispute Resolution practice which is a busy and dynamic, growing part of the firm both nationally and internationally. Due to consistent and increasing levels of work from major clients the R&I team is now looking to appoint another key individual who will have the opportunity to help grow what is already a very successful team, across varied, wide-ranging work for both corporate entities and private individuals. Depending on the candidate this is likely to be either an Associate or Senior Associate appointment and there will be opportunities to work with and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals.

You will have the ability to act for a very broad range of clients including insolvency practitioners, corporates, directors and shareholders, in addition to individuals in relation to personal insolvency. Experience of administrations, receiverships, members voluntary liquidations, CVL’s, CVA’s, directors duties etc will all be invaluable, but this is an opportunity where you will be able to hugely develop your skills and experience in all of these areas, working alongside some of the best practitioners in these areas in the UK.
