This popular City firm with a highly regarded corporate team is looking to hire two corporate lawyers with a genuine interest in technology matters. You will have strong technical skills and a commercial approach with a strong grounding in general corporate and M&A work (any technology experience beneficial but not essential). As well as technology deals you'll have exposure to other corporate work across a variety of sectors.
