IP ASSOCIATE 0-3 PQE - INTERNATIONALLY RENOWNED IP FIRM

An internationally renowned IP firm advising on all aspects of IP from inception to enforcement and  litigation in the courts. Within the firm are a dedicated IP transactions team who are looking to recruit a junior lawyer from newly qualified through to three years pqe.

A superb role, you will be working alongside a partner, a number of senior associates and paralegals, advising on IP licensing issues; drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements (where IP is a key element) including confidentiality, development, distribution, manufacturing and supply agreements; dealing with recordal of changes to ownership of IP rights and advising on the restoration of patent rights. 

You will need to be familiar working on non contentious matters across a wide range of IP, have experience of drafting a broad spectrum of IP related agreements, ideally have experience of advising on IP title issues and dealing with the recordal of changes to ownership of IP rights.  Key skills required for the role are being meticulous and accurate, pro-active and willing to learn, taking responsibility for work and the ability to prioritise work.    Ideally you will have trained at a top tier international law firm or IP boutique in the UK.
