Commercial/IP Lawyer, 4 days, 12 month contract

The Opportunity

The business now had a need for am IP or a commercial/IP lawyer to join for 12 months. The role will provide key legal support to the business on commercial contracts as well as contentious and non-contentious IP.  You will negotiate media and digital content agreements as well as key commercial contracts with partners, authors and editors. You will also be involved in contractual disputes and copyright infringement matters.

About You 

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial/IP or media lawyer to join a highly respected listed company for 12 months. Whilst commercial contracts experience is key, IP experience (particularly in relation to contentious and non-contentious copyright matters) would be useful. You will need to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen and the ability to operate in a professional environment with tight deadlines. The role will suit an individual who strives to meet high standards and who is looking to work with a blue chip organisation.
