Corporate Lawyer
A leading international law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their team in London on a fixed term basis for 3-6 months, whilst they recruit to a permanent role.
Applications are sought from Corporate Lawyers with upwards of 2 years' PQE gained at a top City or International firm.
Experience should include corporate M&A. Experience in ECM and public M&A and experience of acting for Private Equity houses is highly desirable but not essential.
The role is to start ASAP and therefore candidates should be available immediately or within a two week timeframe.
Excellent remuneration package is offered.
