Legal Counsel, Warwickshire, Perm, Competitive Salary
Your new company
Leading global distribution company are looking to recruit a commercially focused Legal Counsel into its well established Legal team based in Warwickshire.
Your new role
You will provide legal support to different areas of the business in relation to commercial contract related work including negotiating, drafting and advising on the terms. You will also support on other legal issues that may arise such as litigation, intellectual property, data protection and compliance
What you'll need to succeed
You be be a UK qualified solicitor with 1-2 years PQE. You will posses a good working knowledge of UK contract law. Experience or exposure to NHS or public procurement would be desirable but not essential.
