Job Details
Commercial Legal Counsel sought by market leading client to be based in their growing London team. This highly varied Legal Counsel opportunity provides general legal commercial support across all of the business divisions to:
- Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts with both customers and suppliers including long-term service contracts, IT and outsourcing agreements
- Advise on B2C customer-facing documentation, including terms of business, website content, marketing/advertising and prize draws/competitions
- Draft, review and negotiate ancillary documents, such as variations, data sharing agreements, novations/assignments, duty of care letters, side letters and settlement agreements
- Advise on a variety of other areas of law including IP and brand protection, compliance and regulation, corporate / M&A, and support the Group Senior Counsel with any other general legal matters which arise
The successful candidate will have circa 1-3 years PQE providing commercially focused legal advice, with a reputable law firm or in-house environment. You will have flexibility and good interpersonal skills, with proactive can-do approach and ability to work as part of a team across the business areas.
