THE ROLE
Within a team which advises hedge funds, institutional managers, UCITS funds and AIFs, private funds, private equity managers, infrastructure funds, real estate investment and development funds.
The role presents an opportunity to do cutting edge work for asset managers and financial institutions establishing funds in Ireland. The candidate will advise on the structuring, establishment and on-going operation of UCITS and AIFs.

A talented and technical lawyer at the NQ-4pqe level you will have the ambition and aptitude to embrace the firm's first class client base in the asset management and financial institutions sectors.
Having gained hedge funds experience gained at another leading City practice and with excellent academics, you will be looking to further develop your knowledge and experience of this exciting and evolving industry.
