Corporate Associate 3-5pqe - Central London
Our client is a highly regarded mid tier City firm of c60 partners. It has a successful corporate practice ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 for small to mid sized deals. The core of its practice is private company M&A, and it also handles some PE, AIM capital markets, JVs and reorganisations. It has an exciting opening at the 3-5pqe level for a corporate lawyer with broad experience to join the team. You will work with partners on large deals and also handle some of your own smaller deals. There is a real emphasis on client management and marketing, and so strong client skills are expected. Great opportunity in a collegiate, high quality team.
