Part of the quiet metamorphosis of the legal market, this law firm is providing clients with a different structure and service as an antidote to big law which many seem to desire. A philosophy of client service, quality of delivery and a nimble structure has been transformational in providing select and relevant service lines to a core group of funds, financial services businesses and private equity business firms.

With market leaders in different areas this law firm has been involved discreetly in some of the largest M&A deals of 2020 and now in 2021 is looking to establish and develop a litigation practice. Clients are already passively generating commercial litigation work, which is being referred to other law firms but there is now a business case to bring this work in-house. An energised leader is required; ideally someone who can launch the practice with some pipeline work and then assiduously build the practice with flare and gravitas to encourage others to quickly join. There is a war chest ready to be deployed and a vision of a low conflict, nimble litigation team.
