Are you looking for your next big move? QC Legal is pleased to present a unique opportunity with a top global 100 law firm. We are looking for an ambitious finance/banking lawyer with at least 3 years’ previous experience. Sound like you?
The Role
- You will be expected to work closely with the members of the structured finance practice.
- The practice advises on a broad range of funders and borrowers on a variety of financing transactions.
- Your clients will include, UK clearing banks. Independent financers, securitisation and debt capital markets and a number of other European and investment banks.
- You will be working on both transactions and practice development. You will be working on securitisation, receivables financing and debt capital markets.
About You
- You will have some structured finance experience (receivables financing and asset-based lending).
- The firm has stated that candidates with general Banking background are also encouraged to apply as general banking experience is beneficial.
- You will have gained practice in a recognised and reputable regional, national or City firm.
