We are working with a highly regarded law firm, looking for a mid-senior level Corporate Lawyer to join their leading Sydney team, to work across a mix of M&A and projects matters.
Our client is highly ranked within the Corporate space and they are interested in seeing those with 4+ years of experience.
The team works across a broad scope of matters, spanning both transactions M&A matters and projects, however they are happy to consider those from either background, who are interested in doing a mix of the two.
The team focuses on clients within the energy space and this is an exciting opportunity to work closely with two high-profile and personable Partners in this space.
Personality fit is key for our client and it will suit an ambitious and personable individual who enjoys a high level of client contact and a supportive environment.
Those of interest will likely have:
- 4+ years of Corporate or Projects experience
