COMMERCIAL / DATA PROTECTION COUNSEL (6MNTH FTC) - 5+ PQE - HOME-BASED ROLE

This major newspaper, magazine and digital publishing group are seeking an experienced Commercial & Data Protection lawyer for a circa 6-month interim position to assist with a busy workload within their in-house legal team.  The position is to start as soon as possible and will be home-based, so could be carried out from any UK location.  The scope of the role will focus mainly on high-level Data Protection matters, spanning a full range of work typically encountered in this area within the media and publishing fields, and to include data sharing arrangements.  Broader skills across the areas of Commercial transactions, IP/IT, M&A, joint ventures and competition would also be welcomed.  Applicants will need to be UK qualified lawyers, with relevant high-level DP experience, who are available to start on short notice (ideally immediately or on no more that a week's notice).  Don't miss this varied and interesting high-level interim opportunity - please apply now!
