Job Details
A highly regarded law firm are looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their Southampton office. The role will involve supporting more Senior members of the team in a fee earning capacity. The role is focussed on residential plot sales, ranging from national house builders to small developers.
Specifically, the successful candidate will be dealing with all enquiries related to transactions, pre and post completions work (submitting SDLTs, submitting Land Registry applications etc.) and the financial aspects of exchange and completion. Training in Plot Sales can be provided for the right candidate, provided they have the requisite Residential property experience.
Candidates must possess exceptional communication and IT skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a calm and efficient manner. It is essential that candidates are currently located in or have very strong links to the Southampton area.
Experience is key to this role, and so candidates may not necessarily require a law degree or LPC, as long as their general academics are good.
