Job Details
An outstanding opportunity for an associate with Private Equity/Borrower Side experience to join one of the world's top US law firms. The team is particularly interested in candidates with 2-4 years (class years 2017-2019) of solid Big Law finance experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a significant role in transactions.
Applicants must have excellent academic credentials and be eligible to practice law as a member of the bar in the States of NY or CA.
