This full service law firm boasts a dynamic and market leading corporate practice and is looking to recruit a September 2021 qualifier to join the team. The work comprises private equity. M&A and ECM across a variety of sectors, including energy and infrastructure, life sciences, real estate and financial services. The team is particularly regarded for the quality of its tech sector expertise. The work is largely international but the team advise on deals of all sizes - allowing juniors a true variety of work and responsibility.
