REAL ESTATE X2 Mid-Level & Counsel

The team are Tier 2, (there are only 2 firms in T1)ranked for excellence amongst Magic Circle and US heavyweights. They are seeking 2 individuals with a strong finance background with a primary focus on the funding aspects of real estate investment and development transactions. A working knowledge of all relevant LMA and ISDA documentation as well as of complex intercreditor arrangements is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in LMA syndicated real estate investment and development facilities; real estate loan restructurings; CMBS transactions; debt acquisitions; mezzanine facilities and complex intercreditor arrangements;
• A good understanding of commercial real estate law and practice;
• Experience from a highly ranked City practice or team;
• Demonstrate ability to manage caseload with little day to day supervision as well as the supervision/management of junior lawyers.
