The Firm
A specialist boutique firm with particular expertise in residential and commercial litigation; lease extension and leasehold enfranchisement; and debt recovery. Based on Buckingham Palace Road in the heart of London, they are looking to expand and double in size over the next year. They have experienced their best ever first quarter which shows the direction of the business and their high aspirations.

The Team
They are offering you the chance to lead and run the Residential Property team and manage your own caseload. You will work alongside the Managing Partner who is market leading in the sector. You will get the chance to progress all the way up to partnership level.

The Role
They are looking for a residential property solicitor with enfranchisement experience to come in and help run the team. You will be dealing with a caseload of 150-200 files and will be required to manage your own caseload. You will deal with high end private clients with high value residential properties. Experience with leasehold reforms, license to alter and enfranchisement are a must, but litigation experience is not required.

• Good knowledge and understanding of sector
