Compliance Manager

An opportunity has arisen for someone to step up into a compliance manager position with this unique financial services organisation. You will work across business areas as part of a small compliance team, assisting the company as they scale-up and grow. 

The role will require you to maintain a strong conduct culture and you will be a key point of contact for compliance advice. Knowledge of the FCA handbook and experience of interpreting the regulations will be required as you work on new and existing products, financial promotions, complaints, regulatory change and client money and assets. You'll perform compliance monitoring activities and provide compliance training. You will assist with FCA reporting, help maintain compliance with SMCR and will lead on regulatory projects. 

We’re looking for someone with around 5 years' experience and you must have previously worked in financial services and have an understanding of the FCA requirements.
