The WCC & Investigations team advises clients on all aspects of their anti-corruption requirements, including investigations, representations before prosecutors and regulators, assessments of compliance with the FCPA and Bribery Act, and creating and implementing appropriate compliance programmes and procedures.

They focus on government and internal investigations, white collar defence, anti-corruption due diligence, and regulatory compliance. They represent large multinational companies and financial institutions in some of the world's largest anti-corruption internal investigations.

Additionally, the team represent individuals and corporations under investigation by the UK Serious Fraud Office, U.S. Department of Justice and other regulators and prosecutors, and have successfully represented individuals challenging Interpol Red Notices and extradition.
