An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing fintech for a regulatory lawyer.

Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will advise on a range a regulatory matters including but not limited to Electronic Money Regulation, Payment Services Regulation, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, FCA Handbook as well as commercial contracts.

The role sits in a high performing and collaborative team with a competitive salary and package, stakeholder engagement, career progression, good work/life balance and flexible working including home working.

To be considered, you will be a mid-level fintech regulatory lawyer from private practice or an in-house team with experience advising on Electronic Money Regulation, Payment Services Regulation and EBA Outsourcing and experience of drafting commercial contracts.
