Solicitor - Real Esate

REAL ESTATE – 1 TO 5 PQE – CENTRAL LONDON 

Our Client, a well established, very well regarded boutique law firm based in Central London, is looking to add to its real estate team with the appointment of an associate solicitor.

The firms core areas of law include commercial real estate, corporate commercial, dispute resolution, banking & finance and private client, representing long established clients ranging from high net worth individuals to large companies.

The commercial property team cover the whole range of disciplines, including; large scale purchase and sale; lease renewals; real estate finance; commercial & residential development; landlord & tenant matters; estate management; secured lending; and property disputes.  Their clients include large retail chains, national construction companies and UK hotel & leisure groups.

To be considered for this role you should be between 1 and 5 PQE with experience in real estate matters as outlined above.  You should have the ability to work well as part of a team or autonomously, as required.  You should be a self starter with a ‘can do’ attitude and have the drive to want to take the next significant step in your career, dealing with clients face to face on a daily basis and assisting the team with the business development and also the growth of the firm as a whole.
