Leading international law firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor 3+ years PQE to work alongside their industry leading lawyers and partners in Cheltenham.

The role:
Opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join a leading corporate team based in Cheltenham.
You will undertake a broad range of corporate work including but not limited to transactional work, private equity, IPOs, M&A and joint ventures.
You will demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation and co-ordinating skills and have well-rounded interpersonal skills that allow you to build effective working relationships.
As an already established lawyer, you will run your own transactions and also assist on high-value cross-jurisdictional projects which presents an excellent opportunity to learn from some of the lawyers in the industry.
With such esteemed colleagues, you will be able to advance your expertise in the corporate space at an accelerated rate.
Requirements:
· Corporate Solicitor 3+ years PQE
· Outstanding technical knowledge and broad corporate experience
· Ability to engage in your own business development
