Senior Recruitment Advisor
The Client - is a well known international law firm. They have over 25 offices globally. The firm supports internal progression.
They are looking for 2 Recruitment Advisor(s) to join the team - one for the practicing/legal side and one for Business Support. This would be based in their London office.
The Role - as the Recruitment Advisor you will be part of a wider Recruitment and HR Team. The team are responsible for all recruitment into the firm. You will work collaboratively with the hiring managers, hiring partners and operational HR teams to acquire the best talent for the firm.
The team has continued to grow as a result of investment and success in direct sourcing but also mirrors the growth of the firm globally.
You - will have demonstrable Recruitment Advisor level experience. This can have been gained either in house or with an agency, however professional services experience is required and Law would be advantageous. You will also have:
- Interpersonal skills to develop into this role and build strong and credible relationships.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and recruiting senior professionals.
- Experience of direct resourcing including using tools such as LI Recruiter, and head-hunting candidates.
- Capable of delivering advice which is both accurate and commercially sound, ensuring employment law knowledge is kept up to date.
