The Role:
You will join this close-knit Legal 500 recognised Construction team as a Senior Associate in the firm's Manchester office.
The Construction department deals with an exceptional quality of work across both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will have a high level of autonomy for your own caseload and clients, including major developers, contractors, and investors, whilst working side by side with respected Partners on complex and large scale projects.
As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor and supervise junior team members who will assist you with your caseload. This will allow you to develop your leadership ability, which will be essential as you progress into Partnership.
Requirements:
- You will be a Construction Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
- Experience across both contentious and non-contentious construction matters
- Able to build strong relationships with clients and generate repeat and additional business
- Comfortable supervising junior team members and delegating work
- Be an ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to develop and progress
