The role:
Exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor 3+ years PQE to progress within a highly successful corporate team in Reading.
Your work across a broad range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investments and joint ventures, restructures and public company work.
You'll be working alongside leading figures who have a strong presence in the sector and assist them with complex matters for some of the best and most interesting clients.
The team want someone who is passionate about business development as they will give you the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry. Therefore, you must have advanced communication skills and a genuine entrepreneurial flair.
You will receive an excellent level of exposure, and given their level of growth, career prospects are in abundance.
Requirements:
· You will be an experienced Corporate Solicitor 3+ years PQE
· Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
· Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
