The Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a highly respected, Legal 500 ranked Corporate department in Manchester City Centre.
You will work side-by-side with respected, industry-leading Partners on complex and high-value matters while also responsible for your own caseload and clients. This will provide an unrivalled opportunity to develop your technical ability and allow you to increase the complexity of the work you undertake.
The Corporate team is one of the largest in the UK and is widely seen as a market leader. Their high calibre client base includes PLCs, investors, and startups. The firm undertakes interesting work and you can expect a varied caseload that includes M&A, restructures, PE, equity capital raising, and venture agreements.

Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
- Have gained experience at a city or large regional law firm
- You will be comfortable working independently, and collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Be willing to get involved in business development
- Be keen to grow your skill base and progress your career at a leading international law firm.
