ARBITRATION - COMMODITIES FOCUS - IN-HOUSE 4-7 PQE x2

These are exciting roles for 2 additional arbitrators to work in a team of 6 (will be 8) in a fast paced environment as principally as Commodities litigators. The disputes are primarily arbitrarial so experience of such disputes and a familiarity with the major arbitration institutions would be preferable. Both commercial litigation and insurance litigation are also preferable if possible.

Most matters are handled internally, however you will work with external counsel on international matters, so broad experience of black letter law needed along with a commercial outlook and an interest in the wider business.

The team is friendly and close-knit and the working environment is exciting and fast paced - you will work very closely with commodities traders and heads of departments so a strong personality and a swift understanding of the business will be imperative for success.
