The tax team at this highly regarded international mid-market firm are looking for a tax associate or senior associate to join their growing and busy team. They specialise in all aspects of corporate and property tax including VAT .

They advise on the taxation issues arising in connection with mergers, demergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions and disposals, inward and outward investment and intellectual property. They also advise on the tax implications of cross border structures and transactions.

As an associate in the team you will advise on a full range of transactional corporate, finance and real estate tax matters and various tax related issues including stamp duty, stamp duty land tax and VAT. As a senior associate you will also be involved with the support and development of more junior team members. To be considered for this role you should have gained experience within a well regarded City or larger regional practice. Excellent salary, benefits and career progression through to partnership.
