Plots and Newbuild Conveyancer - Southampton

We are assisting this great South of England law firm in their recruitment for a plot sales conveyancer to join their large plot sales team, based in Southampton. You will be joining a successful Top 200 firm.

Working for a range of developers, housebuilder and housing associations, you will be working on a busy caseload from start to finish of plot sales, part exchange purchases and shared ownership.

It is absolutely essential that you are able to show experience in residential conveyancing, but it would be ideal if you had experience in residential development, plot sales, shared ownership and working with housing associations. If you do not have the residential development experience, but have considerable conveyancing experience, please still apply.
